  1. Detailed description of goods and/or services

Disposable Bar is a business that supplies disposable vapes through an online platform.

  1. Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 day (excluding public holidays and weekends) and delivery to be confirmed via email.

Order placed before 12 PM would be sent out the same day for delivery the next day.

Orders placed after 12 PM would be sent out the next day for delivery the following day.

We will try our best to send out orders as soon as possible and get it delivered to you in the shortest amount of time.

Please allow for 1 to 3 days for delivery

We charge a flat rate of R50 for delivery.

  1. Export restriction

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

  1. Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Disposable Bar is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Disposable Bar will refund the client with store credit in full within 30 days.

Damaged or used goods cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns.

Damaged goods: In the case of damaged or faulty goods, Disposable Bar will refund the client with store credit to the value of the damaged good/s after proof of the damaged goods has been supplied via email Direct cash refunds will not be permitted unless the order was cancelled prior to dispatch.

Please note- This store credit will only be allocated if the faulty device is reported to Disposable Bar up to 7 days from when the client receives their order.

  1. Customer Privacy policy

Disposable Bar shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

  1. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Disposable Bar bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

  1. Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Disposable Bar via PayFlex who the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks are. PayFlex uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payflex.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

  1. Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Disposable Bar separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFlex’s secure site.

  1. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

  1. Responsibility

Disposable Bar takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

  1. Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Disposable Bar chooses as its domicile citadel et executant for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

  1. Variation

Disposable Bar may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

  1. Liability

Disposable Bar is not liable for any injuries or death caused through the use of the goods sold on this store. The goods are sold to adults (individuals 18 years and older) and thus they consent to the purchase and use of the products. The customer is aware of the health and safety implications of the products (listed on the website and on product packaging).
